  The shower head in the room was very loose (ready to come out of the wall); the headboard of the bed fell off the wall...one of the lights in ...

  The shower head in the room was very loose (ready to come out of the wall); the headboard of the bed fell off the wall...one of the lights in the room was not working... and front desk personal were not friendly at check in or check out.
