  Very nice hotel a block from the DC Metro to downtown. Well decorated and comfortable rooms, super bed, big screen tv, really good seafood restaurant, fast wi-fi and friendly people. Front desk is perpetually understaffed, always a line at checkin and checkout but once it's your turn they are great people. Fresh local fruit served everyday in the lobby. Shopping and restaurants are at the doorstep. I will stay again on my next visit.

  With the choices in the area (legacy, hilton, marriot), this hotel is good, located within a few blocks of eating, shopping and the metro.

  Stayed here while doing NIH Review panels and must say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I believe this used to be another hotel and has now transformed into a really cool, classy hotel. The service was top notch, the room was very plush and sophisticated with an awesome big screen TV. The internet was first class and extremely fast, a nice touch with the soft comfortable bathrobe and great smelling body wash. The front desk was very helpful with evening reservations and a next day tour of Washington. This new addition to Rockville rates a 10 in my book. There is a Phillips Seafood restaurant on site as well, nice happy hour and raw bar.
