I liked the location on a dead end road next to a wheat field which made for a quiet stay. The staff was very friendly except for the checkout person who was not fast or friendly. The eating area was somewhat small for the size of the hotel but the rooms were extra ordinarily clean and comfortable and had a microwave and refrigerator. I also liked the fact the bathroom had both shampoo and conditioner which I find lacking in many hotels.

put us in wrong room from our reservations.had no towels or washclothes when asked for them said used all towels at pool non for us! next day told us to take all our luggage with us but to keep room key check back with desk befor going to room as may have our room.no didnot have our room but put us in another room this room was down stairs and had two doors one for outside ,other for hallway but had only small bed not king!we were there 3 days never got our room as promised but in those 3 days no problems with anyone our smoking outside in the parking lot was ok.!!but on 4th day on returning to same room there was a loud pounding at our door and a young gentleman staff member said there was a complaint made our smoking was now entering the hallway? we disagreed with him as no way could that be happening after this whole time weve been here.next there was another loud pounding on door this time it was a young female staff member and she was very nasty to us said we were going to be asked to leave .so we got on the phone to online website to see if we could change our flight told representative what was going on but could not help us even to just get us to SALT LAKE UTAH!!! we also called GREYHOUND could not afford that trip to SALT LAKE UTAH either.without any other choice we went downtown BOZEMAN checked into expences for another motel got one for last 2 days at our own expence and got all that we asked for from that motel we never got at RAMADA LIMITED.

This room had all the basics for someone just needing somewhere to sleep for the night. The bed was very hard, so if you like a firm mattress, you'll be in heaven. The air conditioning worked about half the time and the free wireless internet was even more sporadic (it would work for one or two minutes, then not work for about ten, then work again for two or three minutes). Breakfast was very minimal (tiny boxes of cereal, mini muffins, juice, coffee), but it was continental breakfast, so we aren't sure if we have a valid complaint there or not. It is located in a sort of clump of hotels, with about three or four hotels around it. It is across the highway from the town of Bozeman, but it is a pretty short drive to find somewhere for dinner (or breakfast). It was also right across the road from a construction site, but we left around 7:00 and the workers hadn't arrived yet, so that wasn't a huge concern. The staff were polite. Overall, it isn't a bad place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep (which is exactly what we needed), but if you are looking for a nice place to stay, you may want to find somewhere else.

02/01/2009Breakfast which was supposed to be hot was stone cold. trouble checking out - all employees were involved arguing with irate customers.
