Good Quality/solid place to stay
02/24/2009Hotel was easy to find, front desk staff were very pleasant and the room was quite nice. the bathroom and shower were very clean.

Our family consisted of two grown sons, and a daughter, and my spouse. Its hard to find a room that is comfortable for that many people. However we were able to get a room with two queen beds and a sofa, refrig and microwave. This fulfilled our needs, and we were very pleased with our stay there. The breakfast has a variety and is very good. I would recommend it. Also was able to get easily to airport from here.

The staff at this hotel were great! They went beyond the normal call of duty. I was in need of several items for my presentation, which I forgot at home and had to redue. The gentleman at the desk help me locate which office supply store had what I needed then he printed directions off of the computer for me to follow. Let me take office items to my room to use as needed.
Rooms were clean and they have a great breakfast. -

I was 8 months pregnant at the time. I sit down to use the commode, and look up and see mold growing on the ceiling and around the bathtub. So that was were the musty smell was coming from! Around the head of the bed were saltine cracker and a wrapper. The microwave hadn't been cleaned and had grease in it. The room faced a business were you heard loud motorcycles coming and going through the night. The next morning I told the front desk clerk, who was unaccomadating and refused to offer a refund for the night or change the room I stayed in. She was very discourteous and showed no empathy.I was so disgusted I left and paid 3 times moremoney for a hotel room in a nicer area of town for my remaining 2 nights.
