The hotel was very nice. It was clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay at. I would highly recommend it. It was off season on the boarddwalk so unfortunately many stores were closed. The indoor pool looked very nice!!

New, clean, stylish hotel in a great location (directly on the beach, about 5 blocks from the north end of the boardwalk). Perfect for families, especially those with young kids. Great beach and ocean views from the balconies. Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator. There are 2 pools, one designed exclusively for little kids with a slide, fountains, etc. (my 2.5 year old loved it). The elevators are fast. The front desk and bellhop service was fast and friendly. All rooms are suites with a bedroom than can be closed off from the rest of the room. My only ""complaint"": While there is a door to close the bedroom off from the rest of the room, there is no door to close the sitting area off from the rest of the room. So after we put the kids to bed on the pull-out sofa in the sitting room at 8pm, we had to tip-toe around in the kitchen and bathroom for the rest of the night to avoid waking them up.

Hotel was a wonderful vacation destination in and of itself. Right on the beach and close to the Boardwalk without the noise and crowds of being on the Boardwalk itself. Plenty of convenient parking -- a huge plus in Ocean City. Check-in was fast, front desk staff was attentive and VERY efficient. We requested a crib and high chair for our 18-month old at check-in and both were delivered to our room within 5 minutes. Room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Only complaint was that the tile floor in the kitchen/bath could have used a scrubbing, but wasn't too bad and room was otherwise very clean and well maintained. Having separate sleeping areas for ourselves and our young child plus a full kitchen right in the room was fantastic -- we could make a snack/lunch in the kitchen and enjoy it on the balcony while our daughter took her mid-day nap. Comlimentary laundry facilities on each floor a great convenience for cleaning up after a day on the beach -- Hint - washers and dryers are free but bring your own detergent or you'll have to purchase it from the front desk. Our young daughter LOVED the kid's pool/water activity area, which was actually quite fun for adults, too. Despite hotel being ""sold out"" during our stay, facilities never felt over-crowded -- always easy to get a table in the restaurant or chairs by the pool. We will definitely be returning here next summer.
