The internet was down due to occupants living in the motel for 6 plus months and still going. They kept the computer for themselves putting a password in and the motel management could not get into the computer... One night the hallway smelled so bad that we had to put a rolled towel at the bottom of the door. Come to find out.. someone was smoking crack in one of the rooms... The pool was to be heated and it wasnt all that warm..The maid service was great...

We stayed here for a whitewater rafting trip. We were meeting my brother's family, who came down from Ohio and are not familiar with the area. The hotel was pretty easy to find. It looked a little dicey at first, but the rooms were clean and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had was that our room was located next to the stairs and the stairway door slammed shut anytime someone walked through. We didn't spend much time in the room, and foot traffic settled down by 11:00PM, so that wasn't a factor. The other problem was that our room was located above the snack room, and it seemed that the night clerk liked to listen to the TV, because around 4:00 AM both nights we were awakened by the loud TV volume. So I recommend this hotel, just be sure you don't get room 228! :-)
