I requested a handicap room for a person in a wheelchair. They gave me a room with a roll in shower, but there wasn't a chair or bench in the shower. I requested a chair for the room. They refused and said I should have brought my own shower chair. They said they were ADA OK. I check with ADA and found they lied. ADA requires a chair for bench. I tried to talk to the manager when I was leaving and was told I would have to call her from my room and I would be charged for the call. The manager does not let anyone else in charge to handle complaints and she is available only on certain days.

this is a clean and nice hotel. There is an indoor pool and spa, and the breakfast in the morning is a pleasant surprise.I liked this hotel, it is 3 1/2 stars at least maybe 4.

Checked in late evening. Was given multiple room rates. Told a king room was available. Then told it wasn't. Gave me a king suite which I didn't need. Told me I would receive 10% off but the numbers didn't jive. Got no customer service from mgt. when I checked out. They said I got a good deal. HA! Cobwebs in rooms. Lightbulbs out. I could go on.
