Our room was small-ish, but nice enough. The bathroom would make a finish carpenter cringe due to some paint slop, some damaged tile, and an outdated tile floor. The bed looked nice, but was a bit hard. I believe the pillows were made of thick foam, so it put an unnatural bend in my neck and caused a lot of pain and stiffness. The towels were well-used and scarce. Time for some new ones. The ice machine outside of the office had a sign boasting about it being the cleanest, but it was rusty, dirty, and had no ice in it. The only things that made this an okay place to stay is that we are simple travelers and we were able to obtain a great rate through the travel website That made all just a bit more tolerable, however, there are tons of hotels in that area from which to choose. This was not outstanding, but do-able.

We booked this hotel online, and due to some major navigational problems (thanks hubby!!) we arrived 4 hours into the next day (4 a.m) We had called the hotel to let them know what the situation was, and they were very understanding and said they would hold our room for us. When we finally got there, my husband went to check in and the guy at the counter showed genuine concern for us, but he wanted to talk my husbands ear off!! At 4 am!! We were so tired we just wanted to go to sleep!!! Our room was at the back of the building, and there were trains going by all night long... we were both so tired that we slept right thru them, but I could still hear them goin by. Its also really close to the Interstate so you can hear the traffic from it as well. Room was clean and well organized. Only problem I saw was that there are no elevators.. so anyone with disabilities or heavy luggage (like our seemingly 2 ton bags!!) has to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to their room.... that was not a fun trip up!! Also, when the housekeeper came by she was trying to look in the windows to see if we were there... mu husband had just gotten out of the shower thank god he had his pants on or the housekeeping lady would have gotten a show!!!

I would stay here again without hesitation. There is absolutely nothing negative about this hotel or its staff. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The hotel was remodeled in 2007 and it is kept in good shape. Our room was clean, up to date, included all the standard amenities we expect and all in good working order. Free wireless access is a definite plus. The beds are very comfortable! The pool is clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast is good and kept stocked through the time available. The hotel is located right off the East bound side of the freeway but you hear not road noise in your room. This hotel provides easy access to all major tourist attractions. The front desk has a kioski that will bring up details off the Internet of the local sites of interest. Just ask the front desk staff to help you. Don't just stay in your room in the evening. Go visit downtown Flagstaff. It is about 5 minutes away.

My girlfriend and myself went to Flagstaff to spend Valentines weekend up in the mountains. Flagstaff was perfect. We enjoyed the mountain atmosphere and snow. THe hotel STAFF was awesome. He suggested some excellent sleding slopes that only the locals go to. It wasn't so crowded like all of the others. After our day was over we had a wonderful room. The rooms were very nice. We really enjoyed the 5 Fluffy pillows on king bed. If anyone is going to Flagstaff, they should stay here because it is definetly a good deal for the money.

We chose the perfect time to come up to Flagstaff. We come up to Flagstaff 4 or 5 times a year and stay at other motels. I must say this hotel is definetly the best quality. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were very comfy. At check in the front desk was friendly and fast. I would definitely tell people to stay here because it is such a good value, especially compared to the other hotels.
