  First of all, I realize you get what you pay for but I have stayed at other Days Inn and wasn't disappointed like here. The room was clean and the maid servie keep the room clean - HOWEVER... The bed was hard, the "Courtesy Breakfast" consisted of cereal, biscuits and some kind of gravy and bread so you could make toast. There were packages of instant oatmeal BUT NO and I repeat NO hot water in which to make the oatmeal. There was coffee, milk and orange juice. On Saturday morning they did manage to bring out a waffe maker that one of the other guest had difficulty operating. Each day I made my own bed to conserve water and so forth but each day they changed sheets on my bed. I don't change my sheets everyday at home so I see no need to have it done while traveling. I would rate my stay a 4 out of 10. I won't stay at this Days Inn when visiting family in Indiana again..

  The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our first room had a very strong odor. It smelled like a strong cleaning product not like funk but it was still terrible. The room had a very small hot tub that looked like it had been installed sometime in the 70's. There was a very old mirror around the tub and on the wall behind the bed that also went up on th ceiling. We changed rooms and the new one was much better. This is a very old hotel in bad need of restorations. Plus there are no elevators so you have to drag all of your luggage up and down stairs.

  This was the 1st hotel we have ever stayed at that had 1 king and 1 double bed, the room was very spacious. continential breakfast was terrific!!!!
