Booked a smoking room. Inexperienced clerk gave my room away and stuck me in a non-smoking. No other smoking rooms as she had given them all away. Didn't apologize, just looked at me like tough luck. Should have just gotten a refund and drove home. Especially after my daughter fell on slick concrete stairs on her way to the swimming pool (the next morning), busted her head open and landed in the emergency room. It took 7 stitches to close it,. We were only about 70 miles from home but we were down there at a softball tournament which lasted late. Next year, we're driving home. Rooms are clean but bring your non-skid shoes!!
