    Old, out-of-date, dirty. my room at the ramada inn on the bay overlooked an overgrown empty lot with an abandoned bus in it. right next to that was ...

    Old, out-of-date, dirty. My room at the Ramada Inn on the Bay overlooked an overgrown empty lot with an abandoned bus in it. Right next to that was the train tracks. There is ONE elevator for the whole building. I suggest you use the stairs if you want to get anywhere. Noise is a real problem and screaming children were everywhere. My carpeting was dirty, my curtains stained and torn. There was no refrigerator AND The ice machine on my floor didn't work. The staff seemed nice, but when I tried to call abouot my reservation before I arrived, I could not get anyone on the phone, so I gave up. It's also difficult to get to and the front of the building looks like a service entrance.

    On September 2nd and 3rd my husband and I stayed at the Ramada Hotel in Belleville Ontario. We were really looking forward to a nice enjoyable weekend; it was not what we expected. The price was too high for what we got; the bed was worst ever sheets slipped off the matters felt like wood planks, the place smelled of smoke everywhere and the advertised none smoking. The locks to the indoor pool and the exercise room were both not working both times that we tried to use them we could not gain entry. Over all the place is rung down.
