I would not stay again
05/04/2009Our first stay was good. but the second stay wasn't. our room was not clean. when we checked in, the front desk tried to charge us for the kids ...
Our first stay was good. But the second stay wasn't. Our room was not clean. When we checked in, the front desk tried to charge us for the kids that we had made a reservation on. Stating that kids over 10 were not free. I told her that we did our reservations on line and had put down the kid's ages and the quote was $* a night. She kept demanding more money. We also had a pet and she informed us that pets were not allowed. I told her that the last time we were here that we asked and they stated yes. She demanded an additional $20.00. On the second night that we stayed, we were only give 1 towel and no cups. I called the front desk and asked for towels and cups and was informed that due to our size of family, 2 kids and 2 adults, we were creating more work for the hotel and they needed more money. I asked to talk with her supervisor and she became very upset. We did receive 2 more towels. I did make a formal complaint and asked the manager to contact me and as of today, no one has contacted me. I have never been treated so badly.

The entire place smells. The lobby smells. The rooms smell like smoke, even though they are non-smoking. The manger on duty put it best when he responsed to questions about the cleanlinessof the room; We are not a 4 star hotel we are two stars. You get what you pay for. The service, cleanliness, and general quality of the experience was not horrible, but only a step above horrible! We stayed one night. We were supposed to stay 4 nights.

Tryed to get reenbrused to leave hotel refused, Travel agency said there was nothing they could do. worst i've ever stayed at. stuck it at for afew days and left Staffwas very good and freindly

05/04/2007Being an amatuer photographer it was also a very interesting area. you do get what you pay for but i wasn't expecting to be awoken six times one ...
being an amatuer photographer it was also a very interesting area. You do get what you pay for but I wasn't expecting to be awoken six times one night by the manager. The person in the room next to me claimed my television was too loud when it was off. The manager first called me at 2:30am followed by two more calls and three visits to my room. The last visit came with a demand to let him in my room
