  At check in didn't get the rooms that we had booked had kids that had to have a room not ajoined to the adults. we had to change rooms ...

  at check in didn't get the rooms that we had booked had kids that had to have a room not ajoined to the adults. we had to change rooms because the air quit working.the free breakfast was so bad that we had to go out to get something to eat.rooms look like they could have been cleaned and repainted.front desk was no help with directions seemed as if no one know how to get anywhere. i would not stay here ever again.

  We were with a group of 12 year soccer players and families. one guest room across the hall had a used condom in the ice bucket. the hall ways smelled ...

  We were with a group of 12 year soccer players and families. One guest room across the hall had a used condom in the ice bucket. The hall ways smelled of smoke. Two of the ice machines were broken and the hotel was dirty. The gentleman st the front desk needed some traing in Public Realtions.
