We had reservations for two rooms both of which had very dirty carpet that made my family very uncomfortable. The Night Club in hotel had very loud music all nite long keeping us awake until the early morning hours. We prepaid our reservations with Travelocity but the hotel would not honor that payment and made us pay for the rooms again. We have requested Travelocity to refund our prepayment of $267.80 for the two rooms.

Run Away!!! Everything here was terrible, terrible service, rooms and food. First they lost my reservation, had to wait for room. Room was grimy and smelled of mold/mildew. Bed was a lumpy leftover from the previous life of this hotel. Towels were stained and had holes in them. Their 'Free Breakfast' is 'one per room' not per person and you only get one meal choice. What food they weren't out of, was terrible. Service staff were in your face rude, exhausted and unable to change or fix anything. Meeting rooms had holes in walls and AC dripped water from ceiling. Cousin stayed at LaQuinta across the street was happy.

Chose this hotel for the price but it wasn't worth it... worst bed I've ever slept on in my life. Hard as a rock mattress that was creaky and old. The room was also very old and shabby. Would never stay here again. Spend the extra money and stay at a nicer place.

This place was horrible! The room was in disrepair and looked like at one time it had a been a decent budget motel,but now was a nightmare. The room smelled like they had used an entire bottle of air freshner and the bathroom smelled like old man sweat and i gagged every time I went in it. The chair did not match and one had been burned with an iron. Apparantly there is no restriction on size or type of animal and I wonder what type of animal had last been in our room last. At about 12:30 am the smell had caused me to get sick and i couldn't sleep, so we left and checked into the the LaQuinta. This was a horrible "hotel". I'd rather stick a sharp stick in my eye than stay here again.
