  The location was convinient because it was close to many different types of businesses,and the staff was very polite and helpful. on the other hand the room was dirty ...

  The location was convinient because it was close to many different types of businesses,and the staff was very polite and helpful. On the other hand the room was dirty especially the bathroom (looked like it hasn't been clean), the linen on the bed had holes, no iron, no blowdryer etc., and the room smelled musky. I would not recommend this hotel especially for a family with small children.

  Wireless internet was listed as an amenity. when i found that my laptop would not get service & called the front desk, was advised ""...the owner has called the provider ...."" would ...

  Wireless internet was listed as an amenity. When I found that my laptop would not get service & called the front desk, was advised ""...the owner has called the provider ...."" Would have been far better to NOT advertise internet service and let those who CAN get it be pleasantly surprised. People who are away doing business MUST HAVE this service available. OVERALL, staff friendly and apologetic. Rooms could use serious updating!
