  I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were outstanding. The furniture seemed all new and the breakfast was great. There was shuttle service and I took advantage of the park and fly which was only $10.00 to leave my vehicle there and be shuttled to airport. I return next week and get the opportunity to avoid paying $100.00 or more like I always have to at the airport. I love this hotel and all its ammenities...I would recommed this one to everyone....

  The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and neat. It was nice to be able to leave my vehicle at the hotel and have a shuttle take me to the airport. This was my first time to fly and when I got back I didnt know where to go for the shuttle to pick me up. The shuttle driver was not happy with me because he couldnt find me. He said I had really put him out. I appologized to him but I didnt know what else to do because this was my first time at doing all this. When we finally arrived back to the motel, he said....at least u can give me a tip for all the trouble you put me through. So I gave him the tip. The next time I fly out of Jackson, Ms. it is highly doubtful that I will stay at the Ramada Inn because of the way the shuttle driver talked to me. Even though the stay at the hotel was a very good experience, the driver left a bad impression with me.

  We have stayed at this hotel several times and always been pleased. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is very ccnvenient for us. There is nothing fancy...just clean, comfortable, and friendly.

  Very convienent to airport, couldn't hear the planes at all with the fan running. Room was very nice, everything was clean. Only improvement I would suggest: adding more to the continental breakfast, such as waffle maker.
