"Unattentive staff", "no good mornings, good evenings, how are you doing, no hellos, no smiles".......the cleaning staff were more courteous and willing to help than their front desk staff.......training classes for this staff are in order as soon as possibe, i mean please teach these people basic customer service skills....gosh!!!

Nice breakfast buffet - clean hotel with very little crowds when I was there. Did have to change rooms as my peep hole in the door had been removed and you could see into the room from the hallway! I would stay there again..

Had a meeting at the hotel. Hotel was a lot nicer than I had expected. Amenities and staff were outstanding. They really went out of their way to help me out. The lounge was a nice touch. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They smelt really fresh and clean as I walked in. Breakfast was very extensive the next morning. Overall had a great trip. Would definitely recommend.

The toilet ran, you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop, there was no ice, the machine was broken, the toilet tissue dispenser was loose in the wall and came out every time, there were too many pillows and none were of sufficient size or comfort. The carpet had seen better days, bring your slippers or be prepared to throw your socks out when you leave.
But with a little work, this could be a very good inexpensive business hotel. -

We had stayed at the hotel for about 5 days in October when we came for our niece's wedding. The hotel was very nice, we did not have the highest expectations considering the price, but we were very happy with the service and comfort of the hotel when we got there. We had 2 minor mishaps that were professionally addressed by the owner himself. The wedding reception was held at the hotel and it was great, everyone was raving about the dinner served to us. Would not hesitate to visit again ! - Linda.
