03/08/2009Loved everything about the hotel very friendly employees spotless room everyday. beautiful lobby. room was very large and spacious. excellent view. will definitly stay there everytime i visit cherokee.

The stay was nice and I was very impressed with the staff. They handled my reservation in a timely manner and the staff was very nice. The room was clean, however, I requested a non-smoking room, and when I walked in, I noticed right away the smell of smoke. The sheets were filled with the smell of smoke. Though that may not bother most people, it may with some one that has bad allergies. However, even with that being said, because of the kindness of the staff alone, I would stay again.

09/26/2007The front desk people were very nice. the room was nice. the working frig and microwave was great. lots of hot water and i love the curved shower curtain.

The room was a bit "perfumey.
It is accross from the Casino but at the far end so it is a shot to walk.
Breakfast buffet was very nice. we would stay here again.
