  Our flight arrived at 11am and check in isn't until 2pm. They let us go to our room without any fuss. The lobby area is kept really clean and the staff is very pleasant. The hotel is small and the general layout is very odd, not like any other Holiday Inn. The beds were nice. The king room we stayed in had a microwave, mini fridge and a flat screen TV.

  The staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast very good, beds comfortable. restaurant next door very good, will stay there again.

  I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on a Sunday and the following Friday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I required help with boarding passes and a telephone call to san Francisco after checking out. The room was nice, with microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The restaraunt next door had very good foodand service. Plan to stay there again.

  One should be aware that there are numerous holiday inns at the sfo and be certain that they know the address of the one that they are booking because it ...

  One should be aware that there are numerous Holiday Inns at the SFO and be certain that they know the address of the one that they are booking because it can be quite confusing I did not get the room that I booked but was given a room with a water view that was quite nice. Little or no noise from the airport was noticed.
