Did not enjoy our stay carpet dirty /room dusty an the filter for air was VERY dirty. Fire alarm 4:15 am went off main office had to be called an then lady didn't know where anything was an took her for ever to get over to our building. I was not pleased an would not recomend. Complained when checked out. Not much response.Thought he didn't want people eating there to hear me. Stay lots places this the worse ever.

The hotel is beginning to need some remodeling. The deadbolt lock in our room didn't work and the room never reached a cool enough temperature (June) for our comfort. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. It was one of the less expensive options in Osage Beach.

Stayed during a shopping trip with the girls. Hotel was very close to the Outlet Mall and we had a nice dinner next door at Domenico's. Breakfast was okay, liked the hot waffles. Price and the room was what I expected. I just wished they given us a room in the 2nd building were the Hot Tub was.
