  This is the worst hotel ever. Rude staff. Dirty room. Smelly lobby. Drunk local people were hanging around, looking suspect and sleazy, They made us feel unsafe. We left the hotel after only an hour and stayed somewhere else. This place looks like it is popular for the drug trade and prostitution. Its sleazy and disgusting. Don't stay here.

  i spent christmas there, with my family. We ate in the resturant and it was good, then went to the lounge for karoake. We had a great time listening to the singers good and bad ones lol.the staff at the front desk was nice and the people in the bar made us feel right at home. We will be back next summer. they had a heated pool for the kids to swim in.

  Staff was rude when asked questions after checking in. tried to order pizza from restaurant and was told that they were closed at 8 pm!?! the place was over run ...

  Staff was rude when asked questions after checking in. Tried to order pizza from restaurant and was told that they were closed at 8 pm!?! The place was over run with drunk and disorderly locals and bad kariokie singers in the bar (you could hear them all over the hotel) I tried to check out at 5 am and no one was around to check me out! The room was clean and well decorated but we won't be back! Now we know why the room was advertised so cheap!!!

  Didn't have record of reservation when we arrived. Rowdy locals swarming everywhere, clerks allowed them to interrupt check-in. Everything in disrepair. Advertise data ports in rooms, but there are none in the entire place.
