I stayed here the last weekend in August. It was a very nice suite, and the free breakfast is great of course. The staff was very helpful and if I asked for anything, they brought it right away. If you have a car, the hotel is very convenient to Burlington and UVM. If you don't, it's not. The only thing that could be made better are the funny venting or humming noises that come, sometimes in the late night or early morning, probably from the bathroom fans going on in other rooms. That was the noisiest it got, as the clientele was on the whole, family oriented.

I do not recommend this place. We checked in and found a few carpenter ants and spiders crawling around. I complained to the front desk and asked for another room, they said they were booked and didn't have any other room available. They would spray our room, the next morning, with industrial strength pesticide and let it air out while we were out for the day. They claimed that it would be safe for us to be back in the room in the evening (ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!). By the time we came back from dinner there were carpenter ants crawling all over the hotel room. I looked closely and saw cobwebs all throughout the corner of the room. As the ants and spiders checked in, we checked out. I left a ziplock bag full of ants at the front desk as proof of our reason for leaving.
