My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while he attended a conference. This was a great location, I dropped him off in the morning (Nashville) which was only 10 miles away then I was free to shop. A great Outlet (Lebanon TN) only 30 minutes away. The hotel was VERY clean and nice, large Queen bed, kitchen and sitting area with TV. I think the sofa made a bed but we didn't need it so we didn't fold it out. The bathroom was very clean, as well as the tub, the kitchen (fully stocked with dishes etc) clean and everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Also had coffee and tea (a full size coffee maker, not one of those little coffee makers) and popcorn. We have stayed in Nashville several times and this is by far my favorite hotel. Not to mention the cheapest! We usually pay double what we paid this weekend. They have a great hot breakfast (with eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, biscuits and more). The staff was really nice, when we checked in it was late and we were looking for a nice place to eat, they were really helpful with suggestions and gave us a list of all the places that were close with a map. The front desk even called a little later to make sure we didn't need anything. When you did call the front desk, they answered, "Hello Mrs. **** how can we help you" I thought that was really nice to be greeted by last name. Overall I was really pleased with this hotel and would recommend to others. We will defiantly come and stay again. They did have a large outdoor pool and BBQ but we didn't use them.

I had planned to stay at the Courtyard and wished I had. The rooms were in serious need of upgrades. The mattress was like one of those kinda thin old ones. The cabinetry in the kitchenette area needed some repair and the decor in that area was extremely outdated. One half of the sliding closet door fell off the track and I never could replace it, so I slid the door back and forth across the floor all week. There were 3 or 4 windows in the room, but the blinds would only open so far as to reveal mmmmaybe half the window. The remote control for the tv was so warn it didn't have any numbers on it. Oh, and the best for last. On my very last day I'd thrown back the covers on the bed far enough to reveal
blood stains on the sheet. I was creeped out and grateful to be leaving! OH! one more thing. Early on, I used a drinking glass for a plain old glass of water and it tasted like bleach! I blame poor cleaning procedures rather than the water supply but I never would use any of their supplied dishes again after that either. -

I've stayed here several times while visiting family in Nashville. It is the cleanest, best-maintained hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly friendly. It's also in a very nice, safe location. It's my favorite travel hotel.
