Was not happy with stay at all, people next door keep up noise all night until 4:00 in the morning, was unable to sleep or enjoy say, complained 3 time to front desk and said that I was going to call the police if they didn't do something about it at that time they kicked out the people next door. I requested my monies back for me and my brother who also had to deal with the same sistuation, the noisey guest was in the middle of our rooms. The hotel refused to give him his money back they only wanted to refund my room, any good business would have refunded both rooms. I don't recommend that anyone one ever stay there, I will never stay there again.

WIFI ADVERTISED BUT NOT AVAILABLE. FRONT DESK UNCARING AND BLAMED MY LAPTOP FOR THEIR WIFI NOT WORKING. HARD BED AND URINE ON TOILET. PLUGS ACROSS ROOM ABOVE WINDOW AND NOT NEAR WORK STATION. WHAT A JOKE. DIRTY CARPET AND TRASH NOT EMPTIED DAILY. VERY UNCARING ATTITUDE...I WAS A BOTHER TO THEM. WITH ALL NOT SURE WHY THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. I'LL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. DON'T THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE!!!

I saw the hotel, and it looked nice from the outside. I thought we were going to have a comfortable stay at this hotel. I was so tired so I took a shower. The bathtub goodness it was kind of gross because I could feel rough dirt thats stuck in the tub. So sanitation is not that great. After taking a shower, I just decided to go to sleep. The sheets were not fresh (meaning they were used by previous people) and so as the pillow cases. That was gross. I was already tired to complain to the front desk. Lastly, the Continental breakfast, I was told that there was going to be one...yeah there was only drinks and muffins that tasted old. I would not go back and stay at this hotel ever again nor recommend to someone else. I think I overpaid. The lady charged me 89.99 for that night when I could have gone to a motel for the same experience for less.

The a/c is not able to cool the room . The beds are worn-out, the tub & shower gets a new coat of paint when it is dirty. I told the clerks at the front desk about the beds and they just held up there hands. O-well !

The rooms were old and unclean. The freeway is withinfeet of the rooms. Could not believe the noise level. Partying guests kept waking us up. The breakfast is not worth eating; coffee and cheap, dry muffins. This is a pet friendly hotel, but believe me, if you love your pet, it deserves MUCH better that this!
