Reserved for 4 days and left after two due to air conditioner leaking onto clothes hanging up in the closet. Numerous small things; no glasses or cups for drinking, refrigerator wouldn't get cold enough to freeze ice for medicine, no ice for dispenser (required trip to office each time we wanted ice), unsafe walkway from one level to another (cement broken up and sticking up). In their defense, they recently bought this motel and plan to renovate entire place very soon.

My husband and I booked a room during the Tulip Festival in Pella. This was our first time staying at the motel. We were very pleased by our room and the wonderful attitude of the staff. All of the employees we encountered always had a smile and were very helpful. They had helpful suggestions for good restaurants, movie theatres etc. We will be gladly staying there new year also.We will gladly pass the word on to family and friends to book with them. Keep up the good work.

Our room was very clean and there were no spider webs or anything of that sort.From what I understand,the Inn is under new management and it was very clean and professional. The hot breakfast was very good.The staff were very pleasant and helpful..the new managers made it a point to meet and greet myself and my fiance.I would/will highly recommend Americas Best Value Inn to any of my friends/family that will be visiting the Oskaloosa area.Keep up the good work.

When we first walked into the hotel I almost felt that we were in a shanti. Upon walking through the hallway there were spiders evrywhere. The bedroom was just as bad. I could not imagine having to ever stay in a Hotel room so poorly maintained.
