our room had new drapes, bedding clean bathroom. We had around the clock shuttle to the main hotel which means our hotel was very quiet. free parking free valet and room was only $*. Was driving from Atlanta to Tulsa and was a great break from a hotel along a freeway exit. Kay Kelly Atlanta Ga.

We went to tunica for a friends 21 birthday. Everyone in our party stayed at the Harrahs. It was one of the worst places we have ever stayed at. First, the parking is really bad. I recently had back surgery and had to walk half a mile to the front doors. I was going to be drooped at the door, but every lane was full. I have no idea where the valet was. I prepaid for our room, so I was hoping no hassel. Then during check-in we were asked to leave our credit card, so that if it was wrecked or something was missing we could be charged. They went ahead and deducted 50.00. I was told that it woulod be credited back the day we checked out. That would totally been fine, but I was told the money couldnt be credited until maybe the next week. I wouldnt have had a problem if I had been told that upo front. The rooms were alright, but not the best. The staff was really rude. The cafe downstairs was really horrible. They kept burning the pizzas and then ran out, the salads were wilted, and the rest of the food was nasty. I will never stay here again. It was a very bad experience.

We had a beautiful clean and comfortable room and the Paula Dean buffet at harrahs was the best. If we didn't want to drive to the casinos the hotel supplied shuttle service that picked us up and dropped us off at the front door. We enjoyed area attractions and the staff was very helpful with suggestions. If you like to party check out the Red Door at the Goldstrike Casino. Will definitely be going back for more fun.

Light sleepers beware!!! I could hear the conversation next door, even the snoring!!! Beautiful hotel but hard to tell which is scratchier, the sheets or the towels...guess you get what you pay for and this was a two free night offer from the casino,(diamond member) on the third floor with a nice view overlooking the pool(but January). Very thin walls...bring your earplugs if you want to sleep. I must say though that you should eat at '37 restaurant in Harrah's Casino...best food I've had in a long time. Entrees in the $30 range.
