GREAT MOTEL!
11/10/2007The front desk & housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. nice breakfast buffet included. highly recommend this motel !
THE FRONT DESK & HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. NICE BREAKFAST BUFFET INCLUDED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL !

Front desk day manager was rude at every encounter. Manager/Owner was rude when complaints were brought to him. Staff was discourteous and unprofessional. Rooms were not cleaned completely each day, or even at check-in.

Knowingly ignored by attendants. After 10 minutes, I went into their office and asked for service. The lady asked the couple behind us if she could help them. The couple told her we were first. She rudely checked us in. Used coffee pack still in the coffee pot, and not cleaned. Curtains and bedspread had holes in them. Box springs ducktaped and strange brown fingerprints on it. Room 4/5 painted. 110@6PM, the A/C was the only saving factor. Hallways hot, fan blowing from a room into the breakfast room. The outside lounge used unattached plywood as seats.

Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in this hotel. Other occupants had left clothes in the dresser and cleaning staff had not noticed them. Overall, the place was filthy. Breakfast was adequate - food wise, but McDonalds is a better choice - at least they clean the tables at McDonalds. This hotel should not be charging more than $* per night for the level of care the staff/owners show in keeping up the place.

My sister and I desided to give this place a second try since its a good half way point for us and we were told if we had the same problems as last time we would get some money back. This time the hot tub was ice cold and we found a bloody pillow in our room. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The manager was very rude the following morning and the refused to give us a partial refund as agreed.
