  The front desk was friendly and helpful. the room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a no smoking room. overall the room was a little "seedy." ...

  The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Overall the room was a little "seedy." The walls were dirty and in need of paint. The paint on the door was chipped and something unknown was splattered on the lower part of it. The rest of the room and the bathroom was clean enough.
