The wireless internet didn't work. It only worked in the lobby. Breakfast is minimal, doughnuts, waffles, bagels...no nutritional value...better to find a real restaurant. Hotel is a mile from anywhere. No restaurant nearby or close. Hotel is six miles away from airport. It is two miles away as the crow flies. Shuttle service is on call and quick. The swimming pool is very small, just a token effort. The hotel did as little as possible for the money. I arrived at midnight, the front desk clerk was confusing to listen to late at night. I went back to the front desk three times, trying to get the wireless internet to work. The shower was acceptable. The room was clean. The bed was good. At 7am, slamming doors and pounding on the walls woke me up. During the morning, I could easily hear jets taking off. Breakfast high point is making my own fresh waffles. I needed one more night stay. I searched for another hotel on line and also asked this hotel, without a reliable internet, they quoted a price $10 more. I stayed in another hotel, a better place for less money. Quality Inn and Super 8 are the same people in Elk Grove. I would not stay in this hotel in Elk Grove. The Quality Inn and Super 8 group are better in Schiller Park.

stayed here with my husband a 5 of our children, was dissapointed with the breakfast, as the eating area was very small, the tables only had 3 chairs, and only about 6 tables each. we were very cramped. but overall the staff was ok, just another day on the job for them i guess.

I was disappointed with my stay at the Super 8. The employees were rude and unfriendly. The clerk at the front desk was especially unfriendly and difficult to understand as I was checking in. The rooms were filthy. I would have rather spent a little extra to stay at a better hotel.
