  We checked in, they charged our card for the agreed on (and signed for) price. They decided at some point to refund our charges and rebill us at a higher rate. We checked out and they didn't want to give us a reciept. I went back and insisted and found the new higher rate they'd billed us at. The clerk of course ""had no idea"" who could have done such a thing and it took nearly half an hour for her to straighten it out. They left tip envelopes in the room on the beds which would NOT stay made, sheets fell off almost by themselves and they never changed them. They advertise ""We love your pet!"" but had no walking areas and didn't like the dogs around. Oh and there is no elevator!! We were also charged 3 different tax rates and the clerk had no idea what they were for. Very little trailer parking (we had atv's) and none reserved for them.
