I stayed in there suite, it was really cool. I didn't expect a small town like boulder city to have such a cool room. There was an actual jacuzzi, and the room had a theme to it. it was called the asian or something like that. I can't describe how cool it really was. the staff was awesome too, very very friendly. They had a pool too that never closed, with a hot tub out there by the pool, and its indoors, so even during the winter it was still nice. I would defiantely stay there again anytime

every employee was very freindly and helpful. the pool was great, it was indoors and heated along with the spa. their location provides easy acess to lake mead, hoover dam, and only a couple of hours from the Grand Canyon. Boulder city itself is a nice quiet and very clean town with a small town feel, while only being a very short drive(30 to 45 minutes)from fabulous LAS VEGAS.

07/03/2007Dirty room: grit on sink and ac. cable didn't work properly. telephone turned off. took 2 trips to office to turn it on . internet connection didn't work. clerk ...
dirty room: grit on sink and AC. Cable didn't work properly. Telephone turned off. took 2 trips to office to turn it on . internet connection didn't work. Clerk extremely rude. Complaints ignored until I insisted that he report them to manager.

Tried to make a reservation for our trip and EVERYTHING on the website states that pets are welcome but when we made our reservation was called back and told they could not honor it because they don't accept cats only dogs. If you don't accept cats then say so...they are pets too!!!!
