  I was given a room that the furniture had been varnished, but was still sticky. the stain got all over my shirt & ruined it. i was only offered $10 off ...

  I was given a room that the furniture had been varnished, but was still sticky. The stain got all over my shirt & ruined it. I was only offered $10 off my room rate. Also, the room a had poor repair work done. It just looked dumpy.
