There were noticeable stains on just about everything. The linens were stained, the TV screen had a big ""splash"" of something on it, the tub looked dirty. My traveling companion found one of the bottle of shampoo in his pillow case. The police were called in to stop a fight the first night. The neighborhood isn't terrible, but we did not enjoy our stay

The building constuction is poor in that waling across the second floor produced floor squeeks. Between that and the apparently thin walls, motion in the surrounding rooms, we didn't sleep much at all. Road noise is also a problem.
