  The cleanlinessand comfort of the room and convenience of the hotel to restaurants and shopping make it a very worthwhile value for the money. I was not happy with the front desk staff at any point during my stay. They all seemed rude and put out that I was bothering them. One would not even open the window to speak with me when I was checking out during the day, and the transaction was done through the slide. A pleasant attitude always makes a customer happier. The housekeeping staff were very nice. I would recommend this place to others, but don't expect pleasant service from the front desk. I have been to this place before, and encountered the same situations, so I don't think it was a fluke bad day.
