The room and motel were both fine. What you would expect for a economy chain. We had a 6-month old baby with us, so when I got into bed very late and felt something in the bed I didn't want to make a big deal, turn on the lights, and wake up the kid. I didn't want to know what it was. At the time I figured it was a piece of mud or food or something. I swept it and the few""crumbs"" out and forgot about it. In the morning in the light though I found out it was DOG CRAP! DRIED PIECES OF DOG CRAP! The motel manager wouldn't give a refund, but did give me a voucher for a free night stay. This doesn't do much good because who knows if I would be going through there again or not. Travel website policy doesn't appear to provide any refund because i already used the room.

This was one of the least expensive hotels I could find, so I was a little worried, but it was perfectly adequate. Friendly, clean, comfortable, great location (within short walking distance to the river and falls). They let me check in early so I could feed my baby. They gave me a room in the new wing so everything was a bit newer. The breakfast waffles filled me up. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

We will definitely keep this hotel in our file for return visits to Idaho Falls. It was clean and easy to find. The price was excellent. Breakfast was great. No complaints from us.
