A Friend and I booked a room for a convention. Since I am disabled, I asked for a first floor, non-smoking room with refridgerator and microwave. When we arrived for check-in, we found out that the guests had decided to stay another day. We were offered either a smoking room that they had placed an atomizer in on the first floor or a non-smoking on the third floor. We chose the third floor, and then went back out, not returning until midnight. When we arrived, we found out after lugging everything we brought with us up three floors of stairs (no elevator) that the room we were bumped to did not have a refridgerator or microwave. My friend called and talked to the desk clerk, who offered to give us a smoking room with the amenities we asked for, but we turned that down. Then they offered two queen rooms non-smoking, one of which had the refridgerator. Being tired, we turned that down too, and deicided that if my friend could store some perishable food downdstairs, my medicine would still be alright from just missing one night without refridgeration, and so we went to sleep. When we checked out the next morning, we were suprised to find that the manager had reduced the room rate by half. So there was a silver lining in this cloud of a weekend.

The room was ok, the first and second day I was ok with not bedding changed on the 3rd day they didnt even clean the bathtub, cleaning to them was just putting new towels. In addition when I left I called with in 45 mints and told them that I had left a computer chip on the desk and my meds in the refrigator, they check and told me no I hadn't. I then went back there and they let me check the room, nothing was there. I then went out to there trash been and found my medicine in the trash, never found the computer chip. I told and showed the front desk ask them to clean off the soda's, etc and they said they would have a manager call me, never happen.
