Horrible management!!!! My family booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for a wedding at this hotel during one of their busy weekends (there was a rodeo in town). When the rooms were reserved my mother-in-law asked if she need to give a credit card - no, you're fine was what they told her. I called the day before and gave my credit card so they would hold my room because I was arriving late. Sure, they took the number. We drove 500+ miles only to find they'd given our room away because we ""hadn't reserved with a credit card."" I argued this point for about 30 minutes, but they said if they didn't have it, it didn't happen. Too bad. Sorry there's no other rooms in town, busy weekend they guessed. When my mother-in-law went to check in she had the same problem. She showed them the reservation numbers they gave her -- sorry, we don't have any records of those numbers. I asked if I at least had my room for the 2nd night. Nope, no record of that, we've sold all our rooms. Then, after 3 hours of scrounging around town for somewhere else to stay they suddenly ""found"" a couple of rooms for the 2nd night and went ahead and charged her credit card for them. We'd already booked our rooms somewhere else, so then we had to hassle with them to cancel the rooms they'd so nicely booked for us. It could have been just a horrible mix up, except when I was there, there were about half a dozen people in the lobby with the same problem -- rooms booked and paid for, but none available. Don't take your chances -- book somewher else and maybe you'll actually get a room.

Horrible management!!!! My family booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for a wedding at this hotel during one of their busy weekends (there was a rodeo in town).
