We stayed two days while my son was at the college for orientation. The desk clerks were all very pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to get us extra pillows. The rooms were immaculate and the pool was actually clear and just the right temp. Best of all the price was right, I will be able to afford more visits to see my son the next couple of years he is in college.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting our daughter at SDSU. The staff were very courteous & outgoing, very knowledgeable. We made our reservations direct with the hotel as we have had trouble with third party reservations not being correct before and the receptionist that answers the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Everything about the hotel was exceptionally clean and as we had reserved. While we did not have a 4 poster bed to sleep in, or a water slide to play in, our rooms were comfortable, the pool was refreshing, and we had everything we needed and after we paid our bill we weren't so broke that we were still able to afford to go out to eat. this hotel was located near a couple of different restaurants and near the college, and was easy to find. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my best friend.

We asked for a NS room with Handicapp Accessibility and got a Smoking room without HA. When I asked the desk clerk about it she just gave me a blank look like, "Yeah, so?" The air in the room was stale and the AC on high so it was about -30 in the room. The blankets had not beed washed so you couldn't cover up with them because you didn't want to have to smell them. No rollaway beds, so we asked for some extra blankets and pillows, just got one blanket. Wouldn't want to go out of your way for any customer service. Will be looking elsewhere when visiting my son at college. Anywhere but here!
