A group of us checked into this hotel and a few people were running out the door because their rooms were ripped apart and dirty. We figured this was probably some mistake and continued with our reservations. We booked the suite to have the best room possible. We checked in quickly due to having activities to get to and the first thing was noticed was that the base of the toilet had hardened pee and hair on it. The front desk came up and cleaned it with a very strong solution that made us nauseaus. My daughter washed her face and grabbed a towel with hair on it. At this point we left for our activities not very happy. When we came back at 9:30pm, we realized what we had gotten into. The reclining chair busted as my daughter leaned back, the entire foot piece completely hung off, the door hinge in the bathroom was broken and the door wouldn't close properly, the couch and the cushions on it was ripped and all of the stuffing was coming out..and I don't mean a small rip, I mean huge holes, as we opened up the couch bed to sleep the entire mattress was shredded in pieces with yellow foam torn from one end of the other with stains all over it. The blankets had some hard pieces of something on them and the exhaust in the bathroom was filthy and didn't work and there was no window in the bathroom. The owner refused to talk to us on the phone because he was on vacation and said we could have our money back if we left,,where were we going to go at 10pm with little kids! This was truly disgusting!

On my bussinesstrips to coneticuit i stay at this motel. The management is really good people who have done a lot r me and my family that come along sometimes. I always leave on good terms as do they to were now every trip back gets cheaper and cheaper. I stayed in the suite not very big but cozy enough lets say tollerable, very clean. There is a lot of drinking out side of the hotel dont reccommend for children. What i saw last i was there. The hotel does feel safe stays pretty quite no wild buncehes. i would recommend! XXX the manager is great people and very proffessional. Makes sure the customer is happy thank XXX!

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed. We actually changed hotels after one night. The room was Filthy and dirty, I asked to see a different room it was dirtier than the first. There was trash on the floor next to the beds, hair in the bed, body hair in the tub, a used wash cloth with body hair all over it hanging on the side of the shower curtain, and used soap in the shower. I requested a non smoking king room with a king sized bed 2 months in advance. I did get a non smoking room that stunk like smoke and 2 double beds. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. That it was my responsibility to request the non smoking and king sized bed. I showed them my receipt and they still couldn't do anything. Do not stay here it is disgustingly dirty. I did check out the Best Western and Hampton Inn and they were nicer and clean.
