I have visited this hotel many times before for business meetings but just recently stayed the night for personal, not business reasons, there was a business event going on, which was pleasant and didnt interupt my stay. The room was clean, and well decorated, very welcoming, the staff, was amazing and right on top of everything, there was some rowdie-ness in the hallway during the night hours, and i called down to the desk, and the staff took care of it right away, the pool and fitness area was wonderful, again there were children splashing around and being inconsiderate and immeditaly the staff fixed the situation. I would highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to my next stay!

I stayed at this hotel for business. My company also had a meeting. I thought our sales contact was excellent to deal with in the whole planning process. The staff in general treated us very well and were very attentive to our needs. The hotel was clean and fresh. I though the bed was extremely comfortable. I am going back in April, and I am looking forward to it!

We have had an annual meeting at this hotel for the past 4 years. It is great to see the new renovations and changes that they have made. The new people have done a great job with updating the hotel. New rooms look great, nice new staff and management are much more efficience than the past ones. The hotel has a great location right across from a huge mall and is less than five minutes from the airport.

2 at best staff is not of Wyndham quality this is an independently owned one and shows. Staff is Maine bred and it shows they have little experience in a supposedly 3 star upscale location. First room was dirty and smelled. Move to a room with more mold on the shower curtain than 3 week old bread. Food is over priced for area and better quality can be found in Old Port for the same price. Expensive Taxi rides to attarctions. Unless you are staying strictly for the airport don't bother.

Was here with a group,besides all of the things mentioned previously ( poor housekeeping, under construction, bad breakfast) it seems like they just like to book the group and make the money.Staff could not handle the group. I would never stay here again. Yuck! Good luck Whydam with this location, you are going to need it.
