This hotel is located next to a very nice shopping mall and there are lots of choices for good eating. The room are not as welcoming though. The sheets are of the worst quality I've ever slept on and the carpeting in the room is "suspect" (not very clean). The bathroom is extremely small but OK. If you're spending 2 nights or less and you want the convenience of shopping then it's OK I guess?? But if you are looking somewhere to be comfortable then this is not the place.... THE NOISE FROM THE AC UNIT DROVE US NUTS!!!!! One more thing, the first night I got there at 11:30 and the back door where we were suppose to swipe our cards was OPEN...I was in shock! Anyways someone must have complained because the next night it was closed.

Hotel's location was convenient to access the interstate. Being charged for use of the internet was a real surprise! Hotel had a location for free internet use which was in a very public area with people walking around - not what one needs when accessing confidential and proprietary information!

Hotel Sheraton is your standard great hotel no complaints at all. Taxi service drivers are wonderful and helpful. The Gift Shop on the other hand - If you enjoy verbal abuse I suggest you stop in for a cup of coffee. I have witnessed not only verbal abuse and bash of character but I have witnessed threats of termination in front of me and other customers. I did not stop in again and will never. Dont put a penny in their pocket let alone a tip- it doesnt go to the employees -read the jar.

My husband is from the area and we stay there every time we go back to visit! Centrally located to the Milwaukee area, next to great shopping. The staff has always been suburb, even when the hotel is under renovation. Speaking of; yes, there are times that rooms are not what you might like, the hot tub or pool is being resurfaced, or there is a problem with something, but as soon as we let someone know the problem, it is resolved ! This includes maintenance or housekeeping issues, front desk questions, food, etc,. IT is ALWAYS made right w/o question! Sometimes the reservationist will place web travelers in the older or farther rooms. Or when we bring the dog, they will put is in a converted smoking room. We just ask to see the room first, and if it is not acceptable, we just ask to move and there has never been a problem. They understand customer service.

The Sheraton is a very nice hotel. I was disappointed with our room, though. It was very clean which is very important to me, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The blankets were scratchy and the bottom sheet never stayed in place. The bathroom was very small and the towels very thin and rough. Our room was all the way at the end of hall, so I doubt they use it very often. It seemed to have a smaller bathroom than other rooms in the hotel, though. I would have been mad if we paid full price for the room, but we received such a deep discount. The room was nice compared to other hotels in that price range. Overall I would stay there again, I would just want a room closer to the elevator.
