  We travel to Suffern once a year for a trade show at RCC. Tried some of the other area hotels in the past, but since we discovered the Sheraton Mahwah, this is where we stay exclusively. Far better than anything else in the area, worth the few extra miles to RCC. The grounds are incredible, the building is impressive, and has glass elevators with a view. Rooms are great. Only one major gripe- wireless internet is $12/day! Should be free at these room rates. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

  We were put in a handicap room. we requested concierge, but were just ignored. hotel was very empty (as was confirmed by staff). we were afforded no comforts.
