Was expecting more for the money. Friday night stay was $*. Nobody was in the hotel restaurant and the 'complimentary' breakfast was not available Sat.morning, kids very disappointed . The beds were comfy, but we got stuck on a stuffy 7th floor - which required a key to work the elevator. Wireless internet was available for another $10 - no thanks. A couple of positives: checkout is at noon and they have a decent workout area. From my experience, this place is worth $* at the most - but maybe they get the higher rates because its near convention area. We came from the Dells resort area, and this hotel was a let down.

Upon arrival the room we requested was not available so they up graded us to a full suite. this included a wet bar, queen size fold out sofa, king size bed in the other room. we had a glass walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. the staff was great! the hotel food was a little pricey but we found a place called the Colisuim down the street which was really good.

Even though the hotel carries the name Sheraton it will leave you disappointed. This hotel is older and has been update to be like a Sheraton but falls short. I think they did the best they could with what they had. Still yet clean. Doors older, bathroom is poor and in general not what one would expect from the chain. Had maintenance man up to the room three times for TV & sink. Nice people doing the best they can in the environment given to them.

Being from Madison, I've driven by this hotel many times but this is the first time that I have stayed in it. It has been recently renovated and the club floor has secure access with a lounge that serves breakfast and hor'd'ourves. The bed is fairly comfy, room is quiet, so I had a good night sleep. Staff are very helpful.

08/09/2006We stayed here for 3 nights, the staff was super friendly, hotel and rooms were very clean. restaurant in hotel was superb. would highly recommend.
