  The front desk customer service is fantastic. I requested a room change because there was a noisy rock and roll festival outside my room. I had a new room in less than five minutes. The hotel is clean and comfortable. My room was large with up-to-date furnishings. I would stay there again. The falls are not as big as I expected, and there is a highway practically right over them, but there was still a nice view of the water from my room.

  I expected the room to be a little nicer for the price but the view of the Falls outside our window made up for the stained dirty carpet and worn furnishings inside. The bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable, room service was prompt and prices reasonable. The only other drawback to this hotel was it's proximity to the train tracks. I was awakend about every two hours during the night by the blaring train whislte. If I stay here again, I'll bring earplugs!

  A nicely appointed hotel with some issues around the components of the rooms. A wonky A/C system and a hot water tap that comes off in your hand aside, the cleaning staff were MIA most of the weekend.

  We have stayed here before and loved it - it has fallen into serious disrepair! Our room was falling apart. Then they double charged us after we left with a paid bill!! We will NOT return & cannot recommend.
