  I had a great stay at the sheraton chapel hill. guest services, meals, shuttle, and room service were all excellent!

  This Sheraton has the best service and staff of any Sheraton I have ever stayed at (I travel frequently). I usually stay at Sheratons because of there rewards program. I frequently give feedback to Sheraton Hotels because I want them to improve instead of going somewhere else where I do not get points. However, this hotel is always perfect. Some items in the hotel need to be updated, but the services and the staff are exceptional. The beds are extremely comfortable. The shuttle service is awesome (I take the shuttle downtown in the evenings to go to the restaurants).
  They have wireless internet everywhere for free! They don't nickle and dime me. They have an awesome breakfast buffet.
  Even if you don't have to go to Chapel Hill, the Sheraton Chapel Hill is great!

  I was lied to by the staff at 8 different times during a 2 day stay. There was blood on the shower curtain. The shuttle they offer as a convenience is a nightmare.The staff is rude and untrained. I didnt even stay for my 2nd night I left and went to a holiday inn express although this stay was prepaid. My vacation was perfect except my stay at the sheraton chapel hill. save yourself the hastle and stay elsewhere.
