The staff was helpful and courteous, the facilities were clean and new, the parking was excellent. I reserved an Executive King room. It had a tempurpedic bed and the nicest hotel hairdryer I've ever used. Each room had a private balcony with chairs. Everything in the room was fairly new, including the carpet. There was wireless Internet access that I easily connected to with my laptop. But the best thing is the location. It's in Central Park, which has a huge amount of shopping and eateries within walking distance. There was no complimentary breakfast, which is an amenity I'm getting used to these days. However, there is so much within walking distance (including Krispy Kreme), it didn't bother me too much. We didn't get to use the pool since it was February, but the pool area looked very nice. We stayed for two nights, and I will stay at the hotel again the next time I'm in the area.
