This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we had another pleasant stay. The rooms are not large, but for a one or two night stay they are definitely sufficient. To me cleanliness is always more important than the size of the room and both times the room has been very well kept. A good choice for an inexpensive stay in the DTC area.

No Bathtubs and No Refunds
05/05/2009They failed to advertise that they have no bathtubs in the rooms, so we arrived with small children with a very poopy bottom and got completely soaked trying to clean ...
They failed to advertise that they have no bathtubs in the rooms, so we arrived with small children with a very poopy bottom and got completely soaked trying to clean him up in the shower stall. They also would not do a refund with online travel website --this made it a very bitter experience! They said that if we had reserved it with them, they would do a refund, but not with online travel website , and when I mentioned the price difference the desk lady asked why I didn't negotiate. How many hotels negotiate prices? Until now, I've never heard of a single one negotiate or not have bathtubs. So, this place will probably do fine, unless you have small kids, just don't make any assumptions!! Schedule with them, ask about refunds policies, and ask for a lower price.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was in a convenient location close to the highway and other stores and restaurants. It was a half hour away from the Denver International Airport and about 20 minutes from downtown. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the shower hot. It also included a free continental breakfast (not much of a selection, but at least you could make hot waffles if you wanted) and wi-fi. The staff was friendly and helpful, she allowed us to exhange our current room to one with a fridge and microwave with no hassles. It was definitely a great deal for the amenities and the price I paid, I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed there last night and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Aside from that, the rooms had a nice desk in them to get a little work done and smelled fresh. This hotel is a good value - I highly recommend it.
