We booked three rooms for one night on our way back from myrtle beach. All three rooms were located on the same hall and close to each other. Heard no complaints from our group. The beds were pretty comfortable . Loved the Breakfast. The only thing i did not care for was the door to the bathroom, its a slide door and did not lock. The staff was nice, did not encounter any rude people. Also note that the standard rooms have showers and not tubs. That did not bother me, the shower was very big. Did not get a chance to check out the pool. You also get coupons and a free round of putt putt for the putt putt golf next door, nice if you have kids with you. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed one night. The hotel was clean and in good condition. AC worked great, we were nice and cool while sleeping. We especially enjoyed the fresh hot waffles in the morning. The hotel staff greeted us nicely when we checked in. I will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years and have always felt comfortable, safe and well taken care of. Clean and quiet rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to all of the action without being in it. My husband loves the golf course behind the hotel and the kids and I love the volcano miniature golf next to the hotel. We even request a room that views the volcano so we can watch it go off. The only thing I would change is to put hooks up on the walls or doors for drying bathing suits and towels. We resorted to draping wet towels over chairs. Also, would be great if they allowed small pets too. We have a 10 lb. dog that is part of our familiy and we hate to leave her. A pet deposit would be required of course.

Rude Staff
10/17/2006When making a complaint at the front desk, we were given very bad customer service and they were actually rude to us. not at all what i expected.
