• BAD STAY!!!!

  Had reserved 3 rooms-2 king,1 double. confirmed twice and did not get what was reserved. no elevator and had to walk stairs when one group in party had ...

  Had reserved 3 rooms-2 king,1 double. Confirmed twice and did not get what was reserved. No elevator and had to walk stairs when one group in party had double knee surgery and other party had back surgery. Requested wake up call and did not receive. One room received one hour late. Breakfast had no choices. Will not stay here again and definitely will tell everyone not to stay here.
