I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years not nessesarily for the accomodations but for the hospitality. But, I was there this past weekend 7-10-09, and one of the young ladys that work the front desk was crying and shaking....I always thought she was the sweetest of all of the hotel staff. I tried to console her and she regained her composier and assured me that everything would be ok. I later found out after she left, from another hotel employee that the hotel was bought out by "Patels" and that he terminated her because she was upset that she did not receive her paycheck when the other employees had and that she was not paid for the over time she had worked....I have spoken with this young lady several times and I know she commuted about 65 miles to work each day and I know from her personallity that she was 100% for guest satisfaction. I WLL NOT be staying at this hotel again!!! One because it is no longer American owned and two because of the way this poor young lady was treated...this hotel does not deserve my hard earned money if they wont pay their hard working employees.

We looked everwhere for a place for our weekend getaway and found the Sleep Inn to have better prices than the other hotels around the outlet mall. The staff was very friendly. We will be back. They are right across the street from the outlet mall. And we could walk across the street to eat at Brunos. Glad we found this place.
